Hey there! Welcome to my website! My name is Robin Lamoureaux, and I am guessing that you are here because you are interested in living your most vibrant and healthy life, holistically – mind, body, soul, and senses. If so, you have come to the right place!
Let me start by telling you a little bit about my background. I have been practicing yoga for 23+ years. I have a 200-hr YTT and a 500-hr YTT from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. I teach both in-studio and online yoga and meditation classes. Additionally, I recently completed my Ayurvedic Health Counselor certification at Boston Ayurveda School in Boston, MA. I am currently studying at Yoga Veda Institute to complete my Ayurvedic Practitioner certification.
In 2020 I had some major health concerns that made me re-evaluate my life and my stress levels. I decided to quit my full-time job, which was causing a great deal of stress and anxiety for me and pursue my passion - Yoga and Ayurveda. Gradually I incorporated Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle practices into my daily routine and I began to see tremendous changes in my energy levels and my mental health. I no longer had the digestive issues that had plagued me for many years and everything in my body began to work well. It was as if my body was saying "FINALLY, thank you!" It is so important to listen to our bodies, as they tell us on a daily basis what they need from us. In order to be able to listen to our bodies effectively, we need a strong sense of self-awareness. Yoga and Ayurveda are the two most powerful tools I know of for accomplishing this. My hope for you is that you too will become more self-aware and lead your happiest and healthiest life.
