My Approach to Yoga

As a registered Kripalu yoga teacher (registered with Yoga Alliance), and a founding member of the Yoga Thread Collective, my emphasis is on yoga for every body. To that end, I offer soulful classes that are well-rounded and cater to all body types. There are additional classes that are more specifically structured to include the following:

• Accommodations for individual constitutions
• Yoga classes that include meditation
• Separate meditation-only classes
• A variety of class durations to accommodate those with a busy schedule or a daily practice
• Classes that accommodate different levels of ability from beginner to intermediate
• Private classes are also available upon request

What you will not find here are fast-paced yoga classes. While some may be more challenging than others, the pace will always be safe and deliberate.

Yoga classes will be offered through Robin's Nest online studio,  or if you live in my area and would like to take in-person classes in Derry, NH at 58 E. Broadway, (in the St. Mark's Masonic Temple building), you may sign up here .
